Because Nintendo knows that I finished up replaying Superstar Saga last year and I'm currently playing Partners in Time for the first time on Wii U VC *and* that I haven't gotten around to playing Dream Team just yet either (despite my buying it at launch). So they're giving me time to catch up with the series. Hopefully they release Bowser's Inside Story on Wii U VC so that I can replay that too before I pick up Dream Team. Then I'll be ready to go.
