This is pure validation of my previous "deja vu" comment about The Order: 1886 and the perils of fanboyism. The length narrrative reared its ugly head, many days prior to release. In both instances, the opposite fan base harped on the value of length and (without warrant) dismissed the accounts of those who had already completed the game. We should just call this repeated nonsense, "The Order Effect." For those ripping you apart, karma is still a b*tch.

You know, the real kicker is that the length is the only negative thought I had on the game, i was enjoying it, it just ends rather anticlimatically in a move I assume taken to act as a cliffhanger, but the way its done feels more like someone handing you a book with the last 10 pages removed.

Gameplay was good, gunplay a little dated but still enjoyable, story was fairly good, but the length is what bugged me, that and the abruptness of the transtion between playing and completing, that abruptness serves only to amplify the feeling of the games length being short.

But hey, at least it has multiplayer. (not that I will be playing it of course)
