better to release it worldwide at once, so that pre-orders are there. if they released the JP version first and gamers set bad reviews and ratings, it might not sell well in the west. :)
the really main question is when. before you mention anything about global release or what... you've given us an all male character with only Noctis as the playable character, and what else SE are there for us to see? how big is the FF XV world? are there any other party members that we can use? etc...
