Co developed by first and second party (Contracted studio). FYI if Sony and Fromsoftware wouldn't have worked together there would be no Demon Souls. It just would've been another Kings Field. :)

Sony has been working by contract with From Software since the Demon Souls  contract. Sony could've made a Demon Souls with them, but unlike Microsoft Sony likes to switch it up. They pushed them to make a great formula and lightening striking twice isn't half bad.

 Sony co-develops quite a bit with smaller companies. Sony Santamonica could be out making badass first party AAA IP's but Sony uses them to help out third party with first party titles that they contracted them for. You see..having first party which is actually great is good because you can actually help people. Sony Santamonica is high on a lot of gamers lists as far as ability to develop games.

I'm not gonna sift through your usual bs. What part of Bloodborne (Demon Souls' spiritual successor) Sony developed?

Sony Japan co-develops Japanese titles. Thats also one of the reasons why you dont hear much about projects from them for long spans of time. Its not BS, you just don't agree because you have a bias to Microsoft. I like both companies...I just want Microsoft to be a more credible competitor.
