Not sure because I can't remember when the 4 million figure came out.

Personally, I beleiv that the Xbox One is undertracked but the PS4 might be undertracked too.    The real ratio could be far worse but I still think we have some undertracking here. 

 

FF-Type 0 sold > 5x better on ps4. There's precedent. I think I heard it's closer to 7 or 8x.

 

Anecdotally,  no one I personally know with an xb1 buys RPGs (unless you count destiny as an rpg), while everyone i know with a ps4 at least occasionally buys RPGs.
