Why not look into a new person that can do what this Brett person was doing? I'm quite confident if you made it known you were looking for someone to fill this role some VERY competent people would emerge. Second, don't EVER let it rest on one persons shoulders. You have to have at least one back up or one to share the duties with. This has gotten out of hand. I have been visiting this page since it started.
