What do you mean? 3DS is still getting more games than the WiiU. Even if 3rd parties are the decisive factor, they are not letting the 3DS to die. Hell, most 3DS heavy hitters will come in 2016 (Fire Emblem, Youkai Watch arriving to the west...).

Uh look at the chart? All of 2 3DS games for the rest of the year in the U.S. versus Wii U's 7, 9 if we want to count the project games which I guess we should if we're counting a port/remake and a cheap spinoff.

Games 3DS 2015

Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold: The Fafnir Knight, Project X Zone 2, Puzzle & Dragons Z + Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition, Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, Etrian Mystery Dungeon, Story of Seasons, LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin, Fossil Fighters: Frontier, Code Name: S.T.E.A.M., The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy...

Not confirmed: Stella Glow, Legend of Legacy. E3 possibilities.

12 games confirmed (5 Nintendo titles). released and not released yet. USA only.

Games WiiU 2015

Kirby & The Rainbow Curse, Mario Party 10, Splatoon, Yoshi's Wolly World, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Devil's Third, StarFox, Mario Maker, Project Giant Robot & Project Guard, Project Cars, SMT x FE...

Not confirmed: CoD BOIII. E3 possibilities.

12 games confirmed (11 Nintendo titles), released and not released yet. USA only

Excluding digital only titles (AoT Humanity in Chains...) and releases in both systems (MN9, Rodea the Sky Soldier, Terraria...).

Both systems have a similar software schedule. If the WiiU is getting more Nintendo games than the 3DS is because Nintendo are the only ones supporting the system. WiiU needs more Nintendo's attention than the 3DS.

Didn't even know half those games existed lol. Overall quanity might be even, however the 3DS line-up is pretty niche and Nintendo didn't quite put in it's best with 3 out of it's only 5 being remakes, and how many of those games released already as there seem to be huge gaps after Puzzles n Dragons.
