The 360 has outsold the PS3 since PS3's launch by over 1 million consoles (12.97 vs. 11.83).
Since the PS3 started outselling the 360, it hasn't been doing so by much.
Thus said, I'm calling no earlier than Q1 2010. Additionally, if it hasn't done so by the end of Q4 2010, then it won't ever overtake it during the 360's lifetime, because 2011 marks the start of the next generation woth the Xbox1080.
