2am to 10am seems to be my best sleeping pattern, if I don't have work to get up for I tend to settle into sleeping those hours. If I try earlier than 1am I just end up taking too long to get to sleep, or later than 2.30 and I get to sleep fast but I don't feel well rested when I wake.

Unfortunately work forces me into 11-7 sleep pattern, I get roughly the same amount of sleep but it doesn't seem as good.
