Games from the olympic team always tend to push the system and the engine for bloodborne is fine for games like bloodborne don't expect Last Guardian to work on bloodborne engine that well. They probably have a different engine that runs better on different aspects that the Last Guardian need.... Anyway all speculation at this point maybe they end up with a different kind of game.
