As someone whose played and replayed that game a ridiculous number of times over the years...NG+ is kind of awful in it. None of the regular enemies will pose any threat whatsoever, and Chrystler building is a boring slog interrupted by the occasional cool boss fight (and a terrible 'true ending' to boot). It's worth doing once, but it was the story and gameplay that kept me coming back to it annually (and not on NG+).
