well they made a survey to come to this conclusion, so the statement is technically not wrong. (given it's been evaluated correctly).
WiiU doesn't have the casual market. Otherwise it would be much closer to the Wii in terms of sales. On the other hand, PS4 and X1 don't have the casual market either, but their marketshare is much higher and this was probably reflected in that survey. (Even more if it was an US-only survey).
