nervous systems are formed by SPECIFIC CELLS. And memories are quite tangible, or would you say an empty shell of a body is a human?

so, therefore, nervous systems are formed by cells?

memories are not tangible and as i said foetuses do possess them as far as i know

memories are in theory a recollection of a specific sequence of neurons firing. Triggering a memory is refiring all those same neurons. A foetus could, in theory have memory, but because their brains are growing at such an incalculable rate, they get lost in the traffic.
