Well, when referring to transsexuality, doesn't necessarily have to be a pre-op. Can be a post-op (there's the option in the poll), so she wouldn't have a dick anymore.
Also, by getting drunk with a pre-op you also risk not only a BJ (you to her!) but also you receiving the D. (?!)
