Maybe you were too in love with Nintendo and its Wii numbers. But it sales are aligned with the consistent drop of HW sales from nes onward. But that don't prevent ninty from making great games and I don't see much reason for online MP on most titles but love local co-op and Nintendo is arguably the best at it.
