Black people were racist (until recently) and white people were not (but now supposedly are if they cops)
Reason for this black people fro Afrida have no Neanderthal DNA, White people went all funky and did inter species breading.

OK so my post is left field but generally in a modern world we are the same. Opportunities and culture will influence your outcome in life no matter what colour.
