More Info On Phantom Dust and Scalebound

As a PS fan I can't deny Scalebound has me jelly as fudge, WHO DOESN'T LOVE DRAGONS?! Its like the dlc I always wished would come to Skyrim, commanding and training and battling with your pet dragon aka "how to train your Dova DLC"
