#15 - Super Metroid
Metroid was already pretty darn good but Super Metroid was incredible. Expanding your array of weapons and power ups, providing great boss fights, a large planet to explore, tons of secrets to be found this game is a masterpiece that I still love to replay from time to time. Another highlight of this game is the soundtrack which stands among the best of all time with tracks that go from eerie to thrilling.
