Over the past 12 months?  It has nearly always been significantly cheaper with a slew of bundles at every turn.  Sony is just raking in the cash right now.  It is CHEAPER to make the PS4!!!  They could drop the price lower than the X1's if they felt like it but first they are going to see how much damage The Order and Bloodborne do.  Hell these games are followed by MGSV, No Man's Sky, and then god knows what else they anounce at E3 to compliment Uncharted 4.

Let's take a look at how much those "only 33 % represent"

Due to the high number of units sold in november those 33 % represents almost half a year of accumulated advantage of PS4.

Yep in a year everyone said the X1 has better games.  You don't think that will change next year when the PS4 finally brings out its big guns?
