But I'm sure that happens regularly (to a smaller degree, and not willingly), especially for women who have given birth before. Female bladders have a lot working against them, particularly during intercourse/orgasm.

This reminds me of the proposed Australian internet filter, which had female ejaculation listed as bannable.
