I feel like their insanely discounted Black Friday bundle was only necessary because they have made a large number of errors in judgement with the Xbox One...

Which is why they needed to play their cards right this holiday in order to make up for the bad PR they generated before...

I wouldn't call any of this "making up". In order to make up for it, they'd have to be winning. They aren't. They're not even close.
