How to fix AC:Unity frame rate on PS4, PC? -->take it offline?

That makes sense. Uplay. But it just seems so ameture?! How cold this ship?? I can't wait for Digital Foundry to test this. PS4 hitting 30 fps will make a huge difference. And PC seeing 2x frame rates too.
