I don't like Halo, and 3 is the one I probably dislike the most. Uncharted 3 was a disappointment compared to U2, so I'll go with MGS3, even though it's the one MGS game I can't get into. It does seem really good, but for some reason, I always drop it when I start playing it. Nathan Drake is my favourite of the heroes though. Never really liked Big Boss.
