Sounds good. Although you've got to wonder how much they'll actually be able to do. Surely they will be pretty far along the design process by now, no?
All depends when they plan on releasing their next console. If they are going to stick it out with the Wii U for another 3-4 years, then I'd say it gives them plenty of time.
I would also suspect that Nintendo focused the first few years on how they were going to innovate gameplay, instead of what would power the console itself.
