That better? :p Dynamic anything can be somewhat of an ass. It's obviously not kind to the hardware, and having multiple separate (and variable) dynamic aspects can give you a really large gap between standard and peak requirements.
Wish every game came with an unlocked frame rate. Purely for the sake of analysis
