It doesn't really matter if he 'enjoyed' it. It's statutory rape and anyone defending it is disturbed. Would it be different if he was 12 and enjoyed it? How about 14? Just because he 'enjoyed' it does not remove the fact that he is still a child. Regardless of what anyone thinks, a person is still at child and incapable of making good decisions at 16. These women should definitely be locked up and flagged as sex offenders in the same way any male would.
