IMO you really can't stop to play... I already left the word two times just to play it... my free time is all about thinking what I will do next... sleep? I'm playing until 3-4am every night.
I was a trophy hunter but now I will just play Destiny this year and I don't think I will stop next year 
the game will receive Expansions each 2-3 months.
