I don't want us to get involved. We don't get involved just for the love of war. We really care about stopping bad people. The problem is as you mention is that we don't have the money to do so or should. We are not financially stable and our biggest weakness is our debt. If we get in a full blown war that directly effects our national security, we need money to fight a war. Now with the ISIS I don't think we need to get involved. This group threatens every muslim country in the Middle East and they have even said they will fight Russia. I think its ridiculous that we get involved. Obama is doing this not just because he "could" think its the right thing to do but because he has had looked weak against Putin and needs to show strength in one way or another to the international community. I think we should stay out of it. We should use that money to secure our borders. That is our weakness. |
