The only differentiating factor is its stream capability but do realise that the controller costs an extra 60 bucks, and to stream game at 1080p@60FPS, you'll need a desktop PC with at least GTX 660 equipped.

It has a streaming service buillt in without the need of having a laptop with a Gtx card built in, also other services such as onlive can be used.

I hope you realize that you will almost certainly need to be on the same wi-fi connection as your PC to stream games. And, at that point, since you are in the house already, why not just use the PC?

My PC is really weak. It can barely run Halo 1 at over 30 fps on Med to high settings so this is a very good gaming device for me, which serves as both a gaming device and as a normal tablet.
