Yeah, I was only reading yesterday about how each platform was supposed to be completely identical in terms on content. It was actually a bit refreshing to see a developer in this day and age take a stance like that.
Now this.
Edit: I've just re-read it and realised it's purely physical stuff in a collectors edition. Then I still have respect for CD projekt RED! That's not going to change the experience.
