If TLOU can manage to sell 7 million copies then SH can do too. Also I don't believe all of the SH sales listed on VGchartz are undertracked just like Tomb Raiders. No way SH2 only sold 1.28 million copies. Its way to much praised on the PS2. Also konami once said SH 1-3 had pretty strong sales. Everything after SH4 sold bad.
