Seriously, though, what part of "SONY" conference, and the fact that the BUTTON PROMPTS for the Batman: AK gameplay demo shown were PlayStation Dualshock buttons makes it any different than what MS did?!  "Oh, but they weren't PHYSICALLY displaying the PS4"...  Come on, now...

This is the same stuff Nintendo goes through.  When Sony does it, "oh that's just how it is", but when MS does it "wow, MS fails".

The difference is that Batman is a multiplatform game and they never put fake PS4s under the screen demoing batman.

And the fact that it's not the first time Microsoft do this trick with fake XB1s under their exclusive-ish game. Sony never did that, never.

For instance, at the E3, one of the biggest game of the show, Far cry 4 at Sony's stands was the only Ubisoft AAA game really running on a console, here several genuine PS4s when AC Unity at Microsoft was running on PC but at least Ubisoft did not put false XB1s under the AC Unity screens.

EDIT: for instance Bloodborne apparently was running on genuine PS4 hardware (thank you Walsufnir!)


No problem! But to Sony: IIRC it was e3 2005 when Sony showed PS3 consoles and showed a FF7 intro demo... While we don't know for sure I think this was crap and just a case. Given that Killzone was only a target render back then seems Sony didn't have any real hardware in the case...
