You certainly noticed that he was talking about NA (mainly USA) and not world wide.
First of all the pre-order number must be way higher on PS4 simply on the fact that there is more PS4 out there in NA... And then based on what you are saying the PS4 is going to dominated with Destiny based on their PR...
Well... Please, check the pre-order number for the USA before stating non-sense like that.

His whole prediction was based on WW; the thread title even says so. The GTA V bundle on PS3 pushed a shit ton of units, so I don't see why the Destiny bundle won't, especially if it lasts through the holidays and Destiny reamins popular. If you're talking Destiny US preorders, of course the PS4 physical copies arer going to be on a decline because of the bundle itself. Watch Dogs PS4 and XBone were close by the end, but the PS4 version still outsold by a large margin, and that didn't even get a bundle.
I do believe PS4 is going to sell millions.
