Easiest way to debunk him is to point out that intelligence is not the same thing as education.
Then point out that black people around the world have been oppressed, resulting in a lower level of education, whereas people like your racist live in comfortable, well-educated contexts, and yet still don't understand the difference between intelligence and education. Obvious conclusion need not be stated.
