Congrats! I would assume the UI is a little confusing at first without the Kinect. I suggest you seriously use pins for the things you want to get to fast.
Also, if you like online games Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare will soon be on EA Access so just wait for it. You're in for a real treat once you see all the features. With EA Access and Halo: Master Chief Collection you could be set for Holiday 2014.
