Shortly. Putin starts sanctions against 'the countries who started sanctions against Russia'. Import of agricultural goods, fruits and vegetables and some raw materials from EU/USA will be stopped.
Also Russia thinks on a possibility to close Russian sky for foreign planes, resulting in a huge increasing of a way from Europe to China/Asia.
