The Wii U just isn't a priority when it comes to sales. Do you think Ubisoft regret delaying the Wii U version of Watch Dogs to polish the other releases? No. Will Slightly Mad care? No. Even if this title got released on Wii U on the same launch day as the others it would be the lowest selling version. Even retail PC multiplat sell more than the Wii U dispite piracy, relatively lame ports and missing digital sales. The WiiU just isn't worth the extra effort.
I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.
The NX will be a 900p machine
