That's pretty stupid a way to handle a delay on a release date they gave, even tho some Sony/Microsoft fans might guffaw at how they're treating Nintendo fans because that is the norm now for 3rd party support to the wii-u but yeah.... this is a telling sign for how the studio will probably deal with issues which come from the other versions of the game. Keep in mind that slightly mad studios have made 3 racing games to date a 60% on meta and 2 80%s so it's not exactly like you have the same situation that the ps3 was in waiting for GT5 from Polyphony Digital. These guys simply don't have any sort of legacy and as a new racing IP there is nothing really to make people "wait to buy it"
Like I said, if anyone thinks a company like this having such weak PR is a good thing, just think twice before buying their games even if it is on your plastic box of choice, never know when you'll be upset there isn't a patch for it, then you could be on the recieving end of the -if you want it, you can wait for it, mentality
