If you meant PSP, that would not be true. PSP will have shipped north of 82m I believe so they'd need 66m+17m or so or 64m+19m. Still, I think they will outsell PSP combined but it will take some time.

I think the 3DS will easily blow past 64m, but to each his own.

I said that I think it will too, although not that easily. Could end up selling 70-75m
