No. Vita will reach less than 20million. Maybe 17.5

3DS will Reach less than 65million Lets say 64million.

PSP is still selling, and as we saw with PS2 it will still receive a fairly large shipment to end its days. It will end its days with 83million shipped (More than GBA)

64m for the 3DS sounds a bit low, but even if it sells 64m, and vita sells 17m, they'll outsell the Vita.

If you meant PSP, that would not be true. PSP will have shipped north of 82m I believe so they'd need 66m+17m or so or 64m+19m. Still, I think they will outsell PSP combined but it will take some time.

I think the 3DS will easily blow past 64m, but to each his own.
