It is not just an opinion, pretty much the whole video game press and many JRPG Let's players agree with that. Xenoblade cannot be compared with the mediocre Xenosaga in terms of quality, music, art style or story design, it has gone through Nintendo quality assurance and is by far the best JRPG of the last two generations. It is really that good and far better than any PS2 JRPG. The first minute you start playing it you will realize that.
