I read most high end games ran sub 700 upscaled to 720 or 1080 on those consoles. I am not declaring this to be factual, it's just something I read from someone who seem to know what they were talking about.
The xbox 360 version ran at 720p but only at 60fps when the characters were standing still, according to reviews. Forget about the PS3 version.
