Instead of Natsume publishing, XSEED is directly publishing what was known in Japan as Harvest Moon: Connect to a New Land. The reason for the name change is that Natsume owns the IP Harvest Moon and Marvelous (who published the game in Japan and own XSEED) wanted to cut the middle man. This game introduces some crossover with Nintendo franchises including growing Mario Mushrooms and such. It is also on track to be the best selling Harvest Moon game yet.
