You said it was flagrantly obvious. If it took a whole thread to explain what it means to be the greatest publisher in the industry and to look at the software sales charts, then it was definitely not obvious to him and that contradicts your original point.

I said Nintendo being the best selling software publisher was obvious, but that's not what Phantom disagreed with. He never argued that Nintendo did not sell the most first-party published software. Rather, he disagreed with your implication of what "greatest" meant. He believed that the greatest publisher was the manufacturer who had the console had the most software sales (that's why he kept saying include third-party sales).
