This is how industry goes... Sony gets others' ideas, Microsoft buys others' companies (i.e. Rare) and Nintendo is always with wicked patents (have you read the one of the "sanity meter" in eternal darknes?...funny one... and it stinks, 'cause it mades impossible for other companies to innovate in that camp... the wiimote has a bunch of 'em also) But, if they copy, they are adulating both companies... not a bad point. They recognise that are good ideas. Sad thing is they'll say they are innovating and will sell to us as "great improvement in home entertainment". And many users will believe them...
