Sony games are all Shooters, Sports and the odd RPG.  With that kinda crappy variety, I would probably have a smaller gaming catalogue than I did on the PS2.  PS2 gave me the least enjoyment of any console I've ever owned....  I wish I had gotten the gamecube instead back then...  Even now I have like 5 games for PS2 and almost 10 on the Wii U, and playstation was the only console I had that generation.  So don't give me that fanboy bullshit.

As for the question in the thread, unfortunately yes they should.  One of Wii's big features was its low price, and Wii U's pricetag is practically competing with the PS4.  The tablet isn't that essential to most of the games on the Wii U and I think a lot of developers are using it in places they shouldn't.  If a innovation is going to be mandatory, then it needs to wow people first.  The gamepad didn't wow many people, even if it's an improvement for many games, its not a necessity for them.

Stop being a fanboy and generalizing a system. Do you like when people call the Wii U a "kiddie system"? No. So don't do it to others. Makes you look like you just joined the gaming community.

It'd be one thing if Nintendo was making bratz games with AAA money behind it but they're not :p

What is Infamous? A TPS ( OpenuWaruuudoooo)

Sony is where you go if you want art games(from Sony Japan and Media MOlecule) or Adventure games with teh Gunz

Their other stuff includes sports, racers, White Knight Chronicles,  Little big planet/Sly/Clank, God of War

Nintendo?

Got teh mario teh donkey kong and teh kirby for teh platformers

Got teh batallion wars, da advance wars, da fire emblem and da odama for strategy

got teh punch out, fzero machrider, all sorts of shit for their sports and racing lines

got teh Starfox and teh steel diver and teh metroid for shooting shit

not doing the shit with their horror ips

got teh rpg franchises out the ass, however tjree of them arent doing much of anything (somabringer,Golden Sun, Mother)

Got random shit like Custom robo,Chibi Robo, Clu clu retro crap. Pretty much they got a crap ton of these

^Shit ton of puzzle games. ALL OUT THE ASS WITH THE PUZZLE GAMES. Wario Ware being a big one.

Got teh Zelda and Takamaru,Star tropics for Action and Adventure.

Got teh 75 franchises they sit on above. About 13 or so not being used from retro era
