COD: Ghosts Xbox One patch hits performance (20 fps sometimes)

I must have missed the drop to 20 fps in the video, lowest I saw was mid 30's. And most of the issues seemed to happen during kill cams. Still, one more reason for me to avoid Ghosts when I get an Xbone. (gotg titanfall being the other and more pressing)
