he may be pro-lets-sell-the-xbox-division but he's not in charge of selling of whole divisions.
so thing he can do is increasing the 'market value' of his division. make it more profitable.
i don't know much about him but he was CEO of a device manufacturer, so he knows at least a good bunch about his new position.
he seems like a good choice.
