for the price yeah that should be it... at least it was for me, even though I took an extra controller a charger kit and paid in USD so it wasn't the same total
for the TV I have no clue, since I don't have to do anything.... but I'm sure I saw a post about it with a solution somewhere on that forum.... so maybe ask in the Xbox nation post
for the power brick I just checked and now they do sell them on amazon so if you don't plan on having other US 110v only devices you should go that road...
