The Xbox One is nothing more than an accessory that requires a cable box to be connected to it and a $60 a year XBL Gold to use the features. Don't know how the PS4 TV service is going to turn out, but if it's an actual service then it already wins.
My TV can already do everything the Xbox One can except me saying what channel I want to go to and recording with DVR. I can save myself $60 a year and do without both of those features. Or, I can hook my cable cord to my PC capture card, watch TV on there, and record it for free.
PC wins so far.
